Self-pickup is available at our Jurong Warehouse in Singapore. Once your order is ready, our representatives will contact you using the email or phone number you provided. Orders must be collected between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been delivered or fulfilled.
Customised product orders cannot be cancelled. Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. After delivery, please refer to our Returns Policy below.Amending Your Order
To amend your order, please cancel the original order (subject to our cancellation policy above) and place a new order for your preferred items. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be amended and will be subject to our Returns Policy.
